A 45-minute infrared session at the Siluett beauty salon. The procedure helps to remove waste from the body, excess interstitial fluid, improves muscle tone, and is an effective cellulite reducer. During the treatment, you will lose weight, centimeters, and eliminate toxins. One session burns 600-900 kcal.
Infrared mats are three times more effective compared to infrared saunas, as the temperature is higher and it feels like you're in a "cocoon," where air cannot get in. Infrared radiation travels as light waves through the air and directly heats the body without warming the surrounding air. As a result of the procedure, the subcutaneous tissues and skin warm up. The radiation burns subcutaneous fat and removes toxins from the body. The temperature of the infrared mat can be raised up to 75 degrees and the model also has holes for hands so you can use your phone or read a magazine.
